What is the Minimum Order Value I need to place to have my order delivered to me?

  • Illawarra $300

  • South Coast, Southern Highlands, Sydney Metro $500

  • All other areas upon request

What is the cost of freight?

Freight cost are $2.00 per carton. Mixed spirits and liqueurs are packaged in boxes of 12 maximum.

When will I receive my order?

Below is a table of when you will receive your order depending on the day and time that you place and pay for your order:

How can I pay for my order?

Payment is either on credit account or payment by credit card/debit card once you have completed your order. There are no merchant fee charges when paying by credit card.

Can I pay by EFT?

Yes. Please send through a copy of the remittance to our customer service team. Orders will not be released until the funds have been fully transferred.

What accounts do you offer and how can I apply for an account?

Wholesale Beverage Company offers 2 styles of account either a prepay account or credit terms account. If you would like to enquire about setting up either account, please contact any of the below who will assist you further. 

What if I order the wrong product?

We will happily work with you to refund or exchange an incorrectly ordered product. All returns will be subject to a freight charge.

What if I receive damaged product?

We will replace this product for you free of charge all we ask is that you keep the damaged stock and we will collect. 

What if I am looking for a product not listed on the website?

Please contact our friendly team and they will investigate the product to see if we can source for you.

What if a product is out of stock?

We endeavour to full fill every order but occasionally we may be out of a product. Stock is replenished frequently so please keep an eye on the website. If you need a more immediate response, please contact Customer Service.

How can I put in specific delivery instructions?

If you have ongoing delivery instructions, please let our customer service team know who will save to your account file.

If you have any special delivery requirements as a one off please add to Order Comments Section.

Do all prices include government taxes?

All prices exclude GST (10%) but include Container Deposit Scheme (CDS) & WET. GST is shown separately at checkout.
